This is the plot Plot: Annie was destined to be onstage. She was born and raised in a small town in Oregon but once out of college she moved to New york city to pursue her dream of being a broadway actress. At first living in new york was rough. She was short on money and couldn’t seem to get a break at any of her auditions. After a few weeks of interviewing she finally got a job just to make it by until she caught her big break on broadway. A couple days into work she meets a wonderful co worker who has the looks and is the sweetest guy anybody could ever ask for named Jake! Only one problem he has a girlfriend who is so snotty, and a total drama queen! Annie is so disappointed that he has a girlfriend, but wont let it stop her so she goes and lands an audition in a small play, not on broadway but still a little closer! At the first rehearsal she finds that one of the actors in the play is Jake! She realizes that Jake and her have so much in common and that they are soul mates, but what will happen to Annie when Jake decides to propose to his girlfriend Holly? and here is a VERY rough draft Chapter one: Just as Annie turned the key in the lock, she realized she had forgotton something, it was her acting book. The book she had read her whole life over and over again memorizing the art of acting. Every single line. She unlocked all the locks again and stepped inside her small apartment. Annie grabbed the book and said goodbye to her cozy apartment once again. She stepped outside of the apartment and locked all the locks again. As she stepped into the elevator she began to think about what she was doing. She was giving up her slightly boring, but perfectly fine life in Roseburg, Oregon to go and pursue her dream in New York city, to be a broad way star. Just 6 short months ago she was just another graduate of USC and now she was making the biggest decision of her life! Annie knew she was making the right choice to finally take a chance and go for her dream! But she just couldn’t believe it was FINALLY happening to her. All these years she has waited and now, in a few hours she is going to be on a plane heading to new york city! Just then the elevator dinged and the doors opened to the main lobby. She stepped out and made her way to the door to leave. Once she got there she was greeted kindly by Reese her neighbor. Reese had always been nice to her and Annie was sad that she had to say goodbye, but she did anyway. “ You take care now darling, I hope to see your name soon on the front page of the New York Times!” Reese said. “ You will Reese, I will not let you down!” said Annie. Annie could just see it now. Annie price makes an amazing broad way debut in the biggest hit yet, mamma mia! In the parking lot her old Toyota camry waited for her. She searched her bag for the keys, but couldn’t find them! Annie dumped the bag over to see if they were in there. They weren’t. “Great” she said to no one in particular. “Now I’m stuck with all my bag’s contents on the floor and my keys in my apartment.” She dropped to her knees and picked everything up, then off she went back up in the elevator.
