I live in a small town already, but it's getting old, I've lived here all my life. It's about 4,000 full time residents, but with a lot of tourism in the summer months, we live on a big so there are a lot of water sports and such, lots of places to eat, you can take a boat trip up lake and see and visit a small mining town. We have a main street that's about 3 blocks with a bunch of little small businesses and stores, the only real Corporation that we have is safeway, starbucks, and walmart, and we just got a walmart in in 2009.... I wouldn't mind moving into a bigger town, but i still want the small community feeling. With the small businesses and not a lot of big corporations, with camping and woods, and possibly next to a body of water.. I was looking at Madison, Indiana, and Roseburg, Oregon - but that's all i've found. Thanks!... Read More »
